1. Applicability
This policy applies to:
Resort bookings made directly through our website.
Travel packages or services provided by us (not third-party vendors).
2. Eligible Returns (Cancellations)
You may return (cancel) your booking under the following conditions:

Date of Booking and Check-in
Reason for Cancellation
4. Return Exceptions
Returns are not applicable if:
Services were already used (e.g., checked-in)
Cancellation request is after check-in date
The booking was under non-refundable promotional offers
The cancellation is due to reasons outside our control (e.g., weather, political unrest)
5. Confirmation of Return
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation, along with details of refund eligibility.
